"对口支援"是改革开放以来中国帮助民族地区发展经济的一种新政策形式,是实现少数民族地区经济社会发展的一项重要措施。对口支援政策的实施是江西省扶持民族地区经济社会发展的重要实践。它在发挥重大作用的同时,还存在一些不足。加强对这一制度存在问题的分析并提出有针对性的对策,具有重要的理论和现实意义。

＂ Partner Assistance＂ is a novel policy form in China since the reform and opening outside toward the world, which is to help the minority concentrated area develop economy. ＂Partner Assistance＂ is an important means to develop economy and society in the minority concentrated area. The implementation of ＂ Partner Assistance＂ is an important practical activity of Jiangxi Province to support economic and social development of the ethnic minority concentrated area. It also has some shortcomings while exerting an important role. The analysis of the problems existed in this system and the proposal of proper countermeasures is of great significance, both theoretically and practically.
