摘要
针对PLC在煤矿井下应用时存在现场编程困难及继承性差的问题,提出了一种基于梯形图语言的矿用PLC控制程序组态技术,并以双机双速驱动的刮板输送机控制程序为例,介绍了该技术的基本原理和实现方法。该组态技术可将用于煤矿井下的PLC控制程序标准化,用户只需通过人机界面上的配置界面修改某些参数即可满足现场需求。实践证明该组态技术编程方便,提高了控制程序的可靠性和用户友好性。
For problems of difficult field programming and poor inheritance ability of mine-used PLC program,the paper proposed a configuration technology of mine-used PLC control program based on ladder diagram language,and introduced basic principle and realization method of the technology taking control program of double-motor and double-speed driven scraper conveyor as an example.The technology can standardize mine-used PLC control program,thus users can change some references on configuration interface of human-machine interface to meet field requirements.The practice showed that the technology is simple in programming and improves reliability and friendly performance of control program.
