Li_2CuCl_4催化α,ω-二溴代烷与格氏试剂的单端不对称偶联反应研究

Study on Asymmetric Couped Reaction·of Grignard Reagents and α,(?) dibromoalkanes in the Presence of Li_2 CuCl_4

本文报道了格氏试剂与α.ω——二溴代烷在Li_2CuCl_4催化下的不对称偶联反应。指出了二溴代烷碳链长度和反应温度对单偶联产物收率的影响,并对Li_2CuCl_4在此反应中的催化机理作了初步探讨。

The asymmetric coupled reaction of Grignard reagents and α、ω-dibromalkanes in the presence of Li2CuCl4 -were reported in this paper. The influence of the length of carbon chain of α, ω-dibromoalkanes and the temperature on the yield of monocoupled products were pointed out. And the catalytic mechanism of Li2CuCl4 in the coupled action was investigated preliminaryiy.
