摘要
高职教育是我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分。师资是制约和决定高职教育质量的重要因素,而“双师型”教师队伍建设的水平又决定了师资力量的好坏。通过对我国部分高职院校的教师采用问卷调查和深度访谈的研究方法,从社会.政府,高职院校和教师自身四个维度来分析我国高职院校双师型教师队伍建设现状的形成原因,得出应建立完善的人才引进、培养,激励与考核制度,构建校企利益共同体,加强双师型教师队伍的建设。
Higher vocational education is an integral part of Chinese higher education. Teaching staff is an important factor which limits and determines the quality of higher education,and the building level of double qualified teaching staff further decides whether the teaching force is strong or not.The paper adopts questionnaire surveys of and in-depth interview with teachers in some of the vocational schools in China as research methods,analyzes the causes of the current situation from four aspects including society, government,vocational schools and teachers themselves and reaches the conclusion that it is necessary to set up a sound system to introduce,cultivate,motivate and evaluate talents,construct interest groups between colleges and enterprises and strengthen the construction of double qualified teaching staff.
