临床治疗尖锐湿疣两种方法疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨尖锐湿疣的治疗方法并进行效果分析。方法将50例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,A组25例,为局部微波治疗组;B组25例,为局部微波联合局部用药组。结果两种治疗方法治愈率分别为68.0%、92.0%,治愈率B组优于A组(χ2=4.5000,P=0.0339),两种方法复发率分别为36.0%、12.0%,复发率B组低于A组(χ2=3.9474,P=0.0469)。两种方法治愈率、复发率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种方法疗效B组明显优于A组,复发率B组明显低于A组,B组治疗方法宜为临床首选。 Objective To explore condyloma acuminatum treatment and effect analysis.Methods The 50 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups, A group of 25 patients, the local microwave treatment group; B group of 25 patients, the local microwave combined topical group.Results The two treatment Methods cure rates were 68.0% and 92.0%, The cure rate in group B better than Group A ( χ2 = 4.5000, P = 0.0339 ) , the two Methods recurrence rates were 36.0% and 12.0%, low recurrence rate of group B than group A ( χ2 = 3.9474, P = 0.0469 ) . Two ways to cure rate and recurrence rate differences were statistically significant (P〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Two Methods efficacy of group B was significantly better than in group A, the recurrence rate in group B was significantly lower in group A and group B treatment appropriate for the clinical preferred.
