机械通气治疗重症哮喘42例临床观察

Mechanical ventilation in treatment of severe asthma clinical observation of 42 cases

目的探讨机械通气治疗重症哮喘的治疗方法,观察临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年2月—2012年2月该院住院治疗的42例重症哮喘患者的临床资料,本组患者采用低潮气量、低频率、低呼吸比、高吸气流量、高氧浓度的机械通气治疗。结果本组全部脱机成功,好转出院40例,占95.23%;2例上机后病情继续恶化,症状缓解后出院。结论治疗重症哮喘患者,应加强做到及时、恰到好处地给予呼吸支持,争取时机抢救患者生命,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To investigate the mechanical ventilation in treating severe asthma treatment, observation of clinical efficacy. Methods a retrospective analysis in 2009 February - 2012 February treated in our hospital 42 cases of severe asthma patients with the clinical data, this group of patients with low volume, low frequency, low respiratory rate, high inspiratory flow, high oxygen concentrations in the mechanical ventilation treatment. Results in this group all offline success, had recovered in 40 cases, accounting for 95.23%; in 2 cases on condition continued to deteriorate, relief of symptoms after discharge. Conclusion the treatment of severe asthma patients, should strengthen the timely, be just perfect for respiratory support, try to get a chance of saving the patients lives, improve the success rate of rescue.
