摘要 深化医药卫生体制改革的意见中明确指出:公立医院要遵循公益性质和社会效益原则,为人民群众提供优质、高效、价廉、安全的医疗卫生服务。我院探索和实施科主任、经治医师两级病房管理体系,实现医生对病人门诊、病房、手术一条龙全程负责的管理模式,建立科学的经治医师绩效考核体系,坚持公正公平,科学合理,实现以医疗质量为主导,兼顾社会效益和经济效益的运行模式。 Public hospital must follow the nature of public welfare and social benefit principle, providing quality, efficient, low cost, safety and health services for the people. Exploration and implementation of department director and attending physician management system in our hospital, realization one-stop full responsible for management of patient clinics, wards, operation, which establishes a scientific performance appraisal system of the attending physician, upholding justice and fair, scientific and reasonable, in order to realize the medical quality is dominant, give consideration to the social benefit and economic benefit of running mode.
