Technology innovation is a significant approach for the further develops of high tech small and mid-sized enterprises （SMEs） of our country and it is also very important to national economic growth and industrial structure adjustment. While in the process of tech- nology innovation, they are confronted with a lot of troubles and the risk of technology inno- vation that should be paid more attention to. Because of the small scale and bad anti-risk ca- pacity of these enterprises, it is important to identify and avert the risk of technology innova- tion.
