通过调查各大求职网站,将电子商务人才岗位分为技术型、商务型和综合管理型,并详细总结了各类型岗位的能力需求。在此基础上,探讨了高等学校电子商务专业人才培养的类型以及教学体系的构建,并分析了具体的教学课程与实践环节设置。
