虚假出资、抽逃出资犯罪的特点及对策研究

A Study on Characteristics of False Capital Contribution and Surreptitious Withdrawing Contributed Capital Crime and its Countermeasures

文章对近年来虚假出资、抽逃出资犯罪呈现出的危害后果严重、犯罪主体多元、手段专业性强、犯罪行为隐蔽、案件性质界定困难等特点进行了分析,提出了应加强法制道德宣传、做好对公司企业的监督管理工作、提高经侦干警素质、加强侦查打击力度等对策,希望能够对打击和减少此类犯罪起到一定的积极作用。

This article analyzes the characteristics of false capital contribution ad surreptitious withdrawing the contributed capital crimes in recent years,such as serious damages,many subjects of crime,professional means,concealment of criminal acts,difficulties of defining.Then this article some countermeasures,such as strengthening the legal moral propaganda,doing supervision and administration work well to companies,improving the qualities of economic investigation police,and enhancing investigation and crackdown,in order to play a positive role in fighting against and reducing this kind of crime.
