摘要
应用紫外分光光度法测定饮用水中硝酸盐氮,具有操作简单、方便、快捷,干扰少,测定结果准确可靠,适用于饮用水中硝酸盐氮的测定,值得推广使用.本方法最低检测质量浓度为0.2mg/L,硝酸盐氮浓度在0~7mg/L的范围内有较好的线性关系,实际样品的回收率达到95.4%~95.6%.
The application of ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination of nitrate nitrogen in drinking water has the advantages of simple operation, convenient, fast, less interference, and accurate and reliable measuring result, and it is suitable for the determination of nitrate ni trogen in drinking water. The method of minimum detection concentration of 0.2 mg/L, nitrate nitrogen concentration in the range of 0-7 rag/ L has a good linear relationship, the actual sample recovery rate of 95.4%-95.6%.
