摘要
张贴板教学法包括"教师准备—课堂开题—收集意见—加工整理—共同总结"五个环节,其在饭店服务与管理专业教学中的运用,可促进师生充分交流,积极思考,集思广益,锻炼和提高学生解决实际问题的能力。
The posting board teaching method including "teacher preparation, classroom opening-collect opinions-processing common sum- mary" five links, the hotel services and management of professional teaching, can promote the te^ichers and students communicate adequately, positive thinking, benefit by mutual discussion, exercise and improve their capability of solving practical problems.
