Reviews and Prospects of the Current People's Livelihood Thoughts in China

关注民生、保障民生、改善民生是我们党和政府工作的重中之重。目前,国内对民生思想的研究主要集中在民生的基本内涵、改善民生的重要性、民生问题形成的主要原因、党的几代领导集体的民生思想、现代民生思想的理论来源、寻求民生问题的解决途径等方面。对中国特色社会主义民生思想进行回溯和总结,由此感受到民生思想是以民为本执政思想的集中体现,也是当前落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会的核心所在。

Paying attention to livelihood of the people, safeguarding the people＇s livelihood, and improving the livelihood of the people are top priorities in the work of the Party and the government. At present, the related domestic researches mainly focus on the basic connotations, its importance and its approaches. Based on the reviews of the thoughts of people＇s livelihood with Chinese characteristics, the paper draws the conclusion that the thought is the manifestation of people-oriented ruling thought, and is the core of the value of scientific development as well as the construction of a harmonious society.
