摘要
运用杜邦财务分析法,对宇通客车股份有限公司2009—2011年的财务报表数据进行分析,可以看出企业采取的总体战略是密集型成长战略,表现在市场渗透、产品开发和市场开发三个方面。但在扩大规模的同时,宇通客车需要注意成本的管理与控制。
Applying the DuPont financial analysis into the study of financial statement data of the Yutong bus from 2009 to 2011, it is shown that the intensive growth strategy is the enterprise's overall strategy, reflected in the market penetration, product development and market development. While expanding the scales, the company should take the management and cost control into account.
