摘要
人才是支撑企业发展的原始动力和最基本的生产要素,人才的流失导致企业用人成本和发展风险的增加,严重影响到企业的发展。分析了企业人才流失的原因,认为企业发展战略不明确、薪酬、管理制度等方面的缺陷是其内在的原因,在此基础上,探讨了企业解决人才流失问题的对策。
Talent is the original power and the essential productive factor of supporting business develop ment, whose outflow increases the risks of personal cost and development. Through the analysis of the reasons for outflow, the paper points out the unclear enterprise development strategy and the weakness in payment and management are the rooted reasons. The paper attempts to draw some countermeasures to the problem of talent outflow.
