Human Resources Development of Service Outsourcing in Hebei Province

河北省服务外包产业近两年取得了较快发展,但在产业发展规模、园区建设、业务类型及中高端人才培养和储备等方面都与先进省市差距较大。人才是制约服务外包产业发展的瓶颈。政府加大政策和财政扶持力度是服务外包人才培养的有力保障。政府应搭建服务外包人力资源公共服务平台,协调学校、企业、培训机构合作培养人才,把"引进来"与"送出去"结合起来,开发服务外包人力资源,同时注重培养服务外包人才的外语应用能力。

In the last two years, service outsourcing industry in Hebei Province has been developing rapidly. But there is still a big gap in the scale of the sector, the construction of the industrial parks, the type of business, high-end talent cultivation and reserves, and other aspects between Hebei province and the advanced provinces and cities. Problem of talent is a bottleneck restricting the development of service outsourcing industry. The government has enhanced its policy and financial efforts to support a strong guarantee for service outsourcing talent training. The Government is to build the public service platform for the development of service outsourcing human resources, while focusing on foreign language application.
