摘要
为了增强地方高校师生联系度,建立由八名左右学生组成的小组并选派一名专业课教师担任小组导师的想法,即通过增加学生同任课老师的联系以及新生与老生的交流等途径为学生成才和创建和谐校园服务,并提出了建立这一机制的指导性意见。
Aiming to get rid of the problem lacking communication that exists among four-year undergraduates in regional universities,this paper offers one solution,that is,to form groups of some eight students with a teacher of their own specialty as tutor.This can increase the communication between learners and teachers and among students of different grades,help the students achieve success and help to build a harmonious campus.The paper also introduces some guidelines for the forming of student groups and for better supervision for tutors.
