Zhang Jingjiang's Mangement of Zhejiang and Electric Power Industry Development

1928年10月至1930年底,张静江主政浙江,为把浙江建设成为一个模范省份,他提出了一套较为完整的治浙主张,并进行了一系列的经济建设,其中他积极推进浙江电力工业发展,对社会经济的发展起到了重要作用,但也存在一些不足。

Zhang Jingjiang ruled Zhejiang from October 1928 to the end of 1930. In order to change Zhejiang to a model province, he put forward a set of relatively complete proposals, and conducted a series of economic construction. In particular, he actively promoted the development of electric power industry in Zhejiang which played an important role in the social and economic development, though some shortcomings existed.
