摘要
针对某轿车座椅在动态冲击台架试验中出现结构断裂的现象,建立了该座椅的几何模型和有限元模型。基于该数字模型,结合理论分析和仿真分析,找出了在试验中出现失效问题的原因,并对其进行了改进设计,结果证明改进方法准确有效,并满足了试验要求。
To improve the dynamic impact safety on a ear' s seat, the geometrical model and Finite Element model of the seat were built t,p in this paper. Furthermore, integrating theoretic analysis and simulation analysis, bottleneck problems of the seat were detected. On this base, further improvement design was conducted to make the seat meet people' s applying requirements. The resuhs showed that the methods were effective and reel the test requirements.
