摘要 介绍了热成型技术在白车身的应用,阐述B柱热成型对车身减重的效果,进而达到节能减排的作用;同时介绍了热成型零件的优点、热成型技术的加工工艺及热成型B柱车型在侧面碰撞试验中的作用。 The application of the hot forming metal technique in BIW parts was introduced, which introdd the; effect of the hot B-pillar for reducing the weight of BIW, and then of energy saving and emission reducing achieved. At the same time, the advantage of the hot formin parts, the technique of the hot rming, the function of the hot forming in side crash.
