摘要
通过对焊接薄壁壳体零件在焊接及加工中存在的易变形、易振动、零件尺寸及表面粗糙度不易保证、切削时刀具易磨损等技术难点进行工艺分析,设计加工工艺方案,确定加工流程,从而有效解决了焊接薄壁壳体零件的加工难题。
The process was analyzed, the scheme was designed and the procedure were determined, thus the existing processing problems of easy deformation and vibration, difficult decision of the size of parts and the roughness of surfaces, the easy wear of cutting tools and other technical difficulties during welding thin-walled shell parts were effectively solved.
