摘要
以烤烟G80为材料,研究了不同烘烤工艺对叶片色素含量及主要化学成分的影响。结果表明:中温中湿烘烤工艺有利于烟叶内部物质的充分转化,促进上等优质烟叶的形成。
The effects of different baking process on pigment content and major chemical components of tobacco leaves were studied by using the flue - cured tobacco G80 as experimental material. The results showed that among T1, T2, T3 treatments, the T2 treatment is a medium temperature and humidity condition baking process had positive function in the transformation of substance in tobacco leaves, thus promoting the formation of high quality tobacco leaves.
