慢性阻塞性肺疾病骨骼肌萎缩的分子生物学研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)不仅仅是一种局限于气道和肺部的疾病,而且是一种可以累及肺外各种器官的全身性疾病。COPD患者除了肺的通气和气体交换功能下降,一些远端的器官,如心、血管、肾和肌肉也会出现功能障碍,其中骨骼肌功能障碍尤为突出。
