七叶灵颗粒对骨髓抑制小鼠造血系统的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察七叶灵颗粒对环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制小鼠造血系统的影响。方法 C57BL/6小鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、正常七叶灵颗粒组、模型七叶灵颗粒组,每组10只。模型对照组和模型七叶灵颗粒组采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射制备骨髓抑制模型,各组小鼠分别给予七叶灵颗粒或0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃14 d,观察生存质量,计数各组外周血常规及骨髓有核细胞。结果模型七叶灵颗粒组小鼠生存质量、外周血常规和骨髓有核细胞数均显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01),正常七叶灵颗粒组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七叶灵颗粒能够改善化学治疗后小鼠生存质量,升高环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制小鼠的外周血常规和骨髓有核细胞数,具有保护骨髓造血系统功能、抗化学治疗骨髓抑制的作用。 Objective To observe the effect of qiyeling herbal granule on hematological system of mice with bone marrow depression by chemotherapy. Methods Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, qiyeling granule group, and qiyeling granule model group. Each mouse of model group and qiyeling granule model group was intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide. All mice were given by qiyeling herbal granule or saline for 14 days. Living quantity of the mice was observed, and peripheral blood and bone marrow nucleated cells were counted. Results The living quantity and the count of peripheral blood and bone marrow nucleated cells of mice in qiyeling granule model group were significantly higher than those in model group (P〈0.01) , and those in control group and qiyeling granule group did not have significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Qiyeling herbal granule can improve the living quantity of animals, inhibit peripheral blood and bone marrow nucleated cells of mice with bone marrow depression by chemotherapy. It can protect hematopoietic function of marrow, and alleviate the bone marrow depression by chemotherapy.
