摘要
直角孔道是液压集成块内部常见的结构类型,分析其局部压力损失的规律对优化设计集成块意义重大。针对工程实际中存在的3种典型直角孔道,利用FLUENT软件对不同结构孔道的压力损失进行对比仿真。通过实验测量直角孔道的压力降,绘制了3种直角孔道局部压力损失与流速关系曲线,采用最小二乘法拟合得到正交无工艺孔容腔直角孔道的局部阻力系数与流速的关系式,为集成块的进一步优化设计提供理论依据。
The right angle channel is a common structure of the hydraulic manifold blocks. To analyze the rule of local pressure loss is significant for optimizing the design of manifold blocks. For the three typical right angle channels in actual project, pressure losses in different structure channels were simulated by FLUENT. The pressure losses of the right angle channels were measured by ex- periment. The relation graphs between the flow veloeity and the local pressure loss of different right angle channels were drawn. Func- tion between local resistance coefficient of no eraftwork hole orthogonal right angle channel and velocity was deduced by using least square method. It provides theoretical basis for the further optimized design of the hydraulic manifold blocks.
