摘要
介绍石材桥式切割机数控软件平台的主要组成。阐述DXF和HPGL文件的读取、轮廓的生成与识别、轨迹的优化以及人机交互界面的设计。考虑石材加工的特殊工艺特点,运用固高GTS运动控制器,开发了石材桥式切割机的数控软件平台。测试结果表明,该系统软件能稳定运行。
A type of new numerical control software platform of stone bridge cutting machine was introduced. The main compo- nents of the platform, such as graphic file information identification, contour recognition, track optimization and software interface de- sign were described. Considering the special characteristics of stone processing, Googol GTS motion controller was used to develop the numerical control software platform of the stone bridge cutting machine. This system software has been proved to run stably.
