摘要 好的冠状动脉侧支循环在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中的重要作用已经被越来越多的研究证实。现概述人冠状动脉侧支循环形成方式、临床影响因素、评价方法及干预措施方面的临床试验结果,为进一步的基础研究及临床治疗提供一定的参考。 An increasing number of studies have shown the significance of patients with coronary heart disease having well developed coronary collateral circulation. This review provides an overview of clinical research about the formation of coronary collateral circulation, fac- tors that impact it, and methods of evaluation and intervention for human coronary collateral circulation.
