摘要
近年来,我国蔬菜产业得到了迅猛的发展,表现在蔬菜播种面积年平均增长率在3.4%左右;蔬菜总产量和品质不断提高;蔬菜生产区域布局更加优化;蔬菜产品流通格局基本形成;蔬菜农药残留抽检合格率在98%以上;蔬菜产品出口量显著增加,出口效益显著。这其中,蔬菜科技发挥了巨大的作用。本文从种质资源的开发与优良品种的选育,优良种苗的繁育和推广,蔬菜栽培技术的研究与开发,蔬菜产品的贮藏、保鲜和加工技术研究等方面总结了我国近年来科技在蔬菜产业发展过程中发挥的具体作用,并探讨了今后我国蔬菜科技工作的重点。
In recent years,the development of vegetable industry in China was swift and violent.The concrete performences were as follows: Firstly,the average annual growth rate of vegetable sowing area was about 3.4%,and the total yield and quality of vegetable improved constantly.Secondly,the layout of vegetable production was more optimized,and the circulation pattern of vegetable products was basically formed.Thirdly,the sampling qualified rate of vegetable pesticide residue was above 98%.Fourthly,the export volume of vegetable products increased significantly,and the export benefit was remarkable.Among these,vegetable science and technology played an important role in accelerating the development of vegetable industry in China.In the paper,we summarized the important roles of science and technology played on developing germplasm resources,breeding fine cultivars,propagating and promoting good seeds and seedlings,innovating vegetable cultivation technology and developing related storage,preservation and processing technology,and we discussed the key works of vegetable science and technology research in the future.
