摘要 主要介绍了利用NaY(或NaX)母液和硫酸铝反应制备出硅铝胶,并用于合成NaY分子筛的原理及工业生产应用。考察分析了硅铝胶制备过程中的几个重要影响因素,重点研究了硅铝胶加入量及母液和硅铝胶的放置时间对NaY质量的影响。研究结果表明:硅铝胶反应pH值不同,凝胶速度不同,原料的利用率也不同;硅铝胶加入量在15%~45%之间时,对NaY质量影响不大,进一步提高硅铝胶的比例时,因硅铝胶中含有的铝已经超过了NaY成胶配方中所需的铝量,无法使用;母液放置时间较长时,由于形成其他晶型,回收利用后对NaY质量影响严重。 This paper mainly introduced the theory and application in industrial production using NaY ( or NaX ) mother liquor and aluminum sulfate reaction for the preparation of a silica gel, which is used in the synthesis of NaY molecular. It analysed several important influence factors of the silica gel preparati on process , and focused on the silica gel dosage and the mother liquor and silica gel placement time effect on quality of NaY. Research results showed that: when the silica gel reaction pH value was different, gel speed was different , and the utilization rate of the raw material was also different; when silica gel contents of 15 % - 45% , it had little effect on NaY quality , further improving the silica alumina ratio, it couldnt be used because the silica gel containing aluminum had surpassed NaY gel formulation for the aluminum amount ; the mother liquor, which placed a long time,would have serious influence on NaY quality after recycling, duing to the formation of other polymorphs.
