空化模型对径向直线槽端面密封性能分析的影响 被引量:6

摘要 基于Reynolds模型和质量守恒边界条件(JFO模型),建立了径向直线槽端面密封空化特性的数值模型.控制方程为考虑惯性的定常不可压缩Reynolds方程,利用有限控制体积法对其进行离散,采用分块加权方法计算膜厚突变处流量,迭代方法为Gauss-Siedel松弛迭代,并对两种模型下的密封性能进行了对比分析.结果表明:采用Reynolds模型极大地低估空化区的面积,并使得开启力、摩擦转矩和泄漏量等参数的计算结果不够准确.在径向直线槽端面密封性能的计算中宜采用质量守恒边界条件. Based on the Reynolds model and mass-conserving boundary condition (JFO model), two numerical cavitation models for radial grooved face seals were developed. The steady, incompressible, polar coordinate Reynolds equation with the consideration of centrifugal effects and cavitation was discretized using the control volume finite method and then was solved using Gauss-Siedel relaxation iterative algorithm. The effects of two different cavitation models on seal performances were investigated. The results indicate that, in the radial grooved face seals situation, Reynolds model obviously underestimates the cavitation area, leading to inaccuracies in the estimation of several variables, such as open force, friction torque and leakage. This suggests that only mass-conserving model should be used when dealing with radial grooved face seals.
