摘要
针对工业中普遍存在的高阶系统,提出一种基于Butterworth滤波器的内模控制方法.采用低阶系统来近似高阶系统会造成模型误差,同时,传统的PID控制方法及内模控制方法对高阶系统控制均不理想.利用Butter-worth滤波器的理想低通特性,通过将优化改进后的Butterworth滤波器代替传统的内模控制器中的低通滤波器,使得控制系统具有较好的动态特性和稳态特性.仿真研究表明,该方法对高阶系统具有良好的控制性能,当模型失配时具有较强的鲁棒性,适合于高阶系统的控制.
It is known that, for internal model control of higher-order system in industry, the traditional PID control method and conventional internal model control is not ideal and the approach to approximating high-order system by lower-order system would introduce model error. To solve such problems, an internal model control method using Butterworth filter is proposed in this paper, which has ideal low-pass filtering characteristics. The improved Butterworth filter replaces the low-pass filter designed for conventional internal model controller so that the control system has better dynamic and steady state characteristics. Simulation studies show that the proposed method could effectively control higher-order system and it is robust against model mismatching.
