摘要
采取X射线衍射法定量测定一种高速车用扭杆轴滚压后残余应力场。结果表明:该方法测得的数据准确,离散度小,完全满足EN 15049中对残余应力的检测要求;随着滚压进刀量的增大,扭杆表层残余压应力逐渐变大,进刀量和残余应力呈指数关系分布,进刀量进一步增大,应力增大趋势变得平缓。
Residual stress field of torsion bar after rolling was quantitatively measured with X-ray diffraction method. Test results showed that the measured method had accuracy data, small divergence factor, which could fulfill the requirement of residual stress in EN 15049. Along with increase of rolling amount of feed, surface residual stress of torsion bar became bigger gradually, which was index distribution, and along with the further increase of amount of feed, increase trend of stress receded.
