略论甘肃舟曲非物质文化遗产及其保护途径

An Investigation into the Rescue Work and Protection of Intangible Culture Heritage in Zhouqu,Gansu

甘肃舟曲有着丰富的非物质文化遗产,如传统风俗节日、民间音乐舞蹈、传统手工艺以及苯教经典等。2010年"8.8"特大泥石流灾害对非物质文化遗产的生态环境等造成了一定的破坏。通过掌握第一手调研资料,探讨了舟曲"非遗"保护与抢救过程中的困难与优势,提出切实可行的保护与抢救的建议与措施,为参与舟曲灾后文化重建的专家和舟曲民众提供智力支持,并为当地政府提供有理论价值与实践价值的经验借鉴和参考。

There are rich intangible culture heritage in Zhouqu, Gansu, such as traditional customs and festivals, folk music and dance, traditional craftmanship, and classics of Ben religion. Big mud-rock flow Aug. 8th , 2010 caused some damage to ecological environment of intangible culture heritage. Based on the first-hand material acquired in the investigation, the author explored difficulties and advantages in the rescue work and protection of intangible culture heritage in Zhouqu, Gansu, put forward some feasible advice and measures aiming at providing some intelligence support for experts and populace involved in reconstruction after disaster and some experience and reference of theoretical and practical value.
