摘要
东西部经济发展差距备受理论与政策方关注,但西部经济内部发展不平衡的问题未受到应有的重视。文章选取2000～2010年数据,运用偏离份额分析法对西部十二省区市产业竞争力进行分析。结果表明,西部各省区市在三次产业发展方面均存在显著的区域差异。因此,各省应错位发展,构建各具优势、各有所长的西部现代产业体系。国家层面要改变经济政策"一刀切"的状况,对不同省区市实施差异化的、有针对性的政策措施。
The economic development disparity between Eastern and Western region has always absorbed the most attention of scholars and policy makers,and yet,the problem of unbalance economic development inside Western region did not have this honor.Based on data of 2000-2010,author made some analysis about industrial Competitive Power in West region by Shift-Share Method.The conclusion shows that provinces in Western region have their own distinct characters in industrial development,and author suggests that all provinces in West should build complementary industrial system which can exploit the advantages to the whole Western region.The central government should change 'rigid uniformity' economic policy.
