甘薯品种主要性状分析及相关性研究

Analysis of Main Characters of Sweet Potato and Correlation among Them

选取9个甘薯品种进行了区域试验,对其品种的主要性状和相关性进行了研究。结果表明:在不同年份甘薯品种主要农艺性状受气候等因素影响较大,部分达到极显著或显著差异。浙薯259、万薯0515-5鲜薯、薯干产量具有较好的丰产性及稳产性。甘薯主要农艺性状与产量之间存在一定依存和制约关系,茎粗、单株茎叶重、单株结薯数、单株薯块重等性状与鲜薯产量、薯干产量的相关性较为密切,在进行资源选择和品种选育时,宜选择茎粗、茎叶产量高、结薯数多,单株薯块重大的种质资源,可明显提高薯块产量。

Nine sweet potato varieties were chosen to conduct regional test in order to study the main characters and the correlation between each other. The results showed that the main agricultural characters of sweet potato varieties from different years had influenced by climate factor greatly, part of them reached extremely significant or significant difference. Zheshu259, Wanshu0515-5 had good fertility and stability in yield of fresh and dry sweet potato. There were certain dependence and restriction correlations between main agricultural characters and yield of sweet potato, in which there were close correlations between characters of stem diameter, weight of stem and leaf per plant, number of tubes per plant and weight of tubes per plant and yield of fresh and dry sweet potato. Therefore, to select good resources and breed quality varieties, it is better to choose large stem diameter, high yield of stem and leaves, more number of tubes, heavy and large tubes per plant in order to increase yield of tubes for sweet potato.
