烟碱含量与烟叶中其他化学成分、土壤碱解氮和施氮量的相关性分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Correlation between Nicotine Content and Other Chemical Components in Tobacco Leaf and Available Nitrogen and Nitrogen Fertilizer Rate in Soil

摘要 采用相关及多元线性回归分析方法,对烟叶中的烟碱含量与总糖、还原糖、总氮、蛋白质及与植烟土壤的碱解氮、pH值和施纯氮量等进行相关性研究。结果表明:(1)烟叶烟碱含量与总氮、蛋白质呈极显著正相关,与总糖、还原糖呈显著负相关。(2)烟叶烟碱含量与土壤中的碱解氮、pH值和施纯氮量呈显著正相关。(3)得出相应的定量关系式。烟碱(Y)与总糖(X1)、总氮(X3)和蛋白质(X4)的逐步回归方程式为Y=-0.559+0.046 X1+6.27 X3-1.14 X4,决定系数为R2=0.88。烟碱(Y)与pH值(X6)和施氮量(X7)的逐步回归方程为:Y=-1.33+0.465 X6+0.11 X7,决定系数R2=0.36。 The correlation analysis method and the multi factor line regression method were taken to analyze the correlation between nicotine content in tobacco leaf and total sugar, reduce sugar, total nitrogen and protein in tobacco leaf and available nitrogen, Ph value and pure nitrogen fertilizer rate in soil. The results showed that nicotine content in tobacco leaf showed extremely significant positive correlation with total nitrogen and protein and significant negative correlation with total sugar and reduce sugar; it showed significant positive correlation with available nitrogen, pH value and pure nitrogen fertilizer rate; the corresponding quantitative relation equations were obtained, which including the stepwise regressive equation between nicotine (Y) and total sugar (X1), total nitrogen (X3) and protein (X4) as Y=-0.559+ 0.046 X1+6.27 X3-1.14 X4 with coefficient of determination of R2=0.88, and the stepwise regressive equation between nicotine (Y) and pH value (X6) and nitrogen fertilizer rate (X7) as Y=-1.33+0.465 X6+0.11 X7 with coefficient of determination of R2=0.36.
