摘要
针对三元复合驱矿场试验不同阶段采出液均出现的乳化现象,跟踪研究了不同注入阶段和不同注入方式的采出液。室内实验结果表明:三元复合驱主段塞注入阶段,采出液中水占主要因素,含水率低于40%,易形成油包水型乳化;含水率40%-65%,易形成轻微水包油或油包水型乳化;含水率65%-80%,易形成轻微水包油型乳化;含水率高于80%,不易发生乳化。三元复合驱副段塞注入阶段,含水率大于85%,易出现水包油型乳化。二元交替注入方式较常规三元复合体系注入方式水包油型乳化程度更高。采出液乳化规律的研究可为三元复合驱矿场试验的跟踪调整和进一步提高采收率提供依据。
In view of the emulsified phenomena of the produced liquids at different stages of ASP pilot test, the liq- uids at different ASP injected stages and in various produced modes are monitored and researched. The laboratory experimental results show that at the injected stage of ASP main slug, the principal factor in the produced liquid is water, the water cut is below 40% , is prone to form o/w emulsion; when the water cut reaches 40% -65% , is easy to generate slight o/w or w/o emulsions; when the cut is up to 65% -80% , is likely to produce slight o/w e- mulsion; as the cut is more than 80% , it is not easy to be emulsified. At the stage of the auxiliarily injected slug, when the water cut is more than 85% , the o/w emulsion is easily formed. For the binary alternating injection mode, the emulsified degree of the o/w emulsion is much more higher than that of conventional ASP system. The studies on the emulsified laws of the produced fluid can provide the evidences for the monitoring and adjustment of the pilot test and moreover the further enhanced oil recovery.
