摘要
针对P·S·B型矿渣水泥的混合粉磨,选择了多种有机和无机单组分助磨剂进行了三个系列(G,S,Z系列)的复配试验系统研究,研制了助磨和增强效果均较好的复配助磨剂试样。实验表明:三个系列中优选出的三个配方的复配助磨剂试样对P·S·B型矿渣水泥有显著的助磨、增强效果,水泥各龄期强度均有较大提高,对水泥的其它物理性能指标无不良影响。
Aiming at mixing grinding of P＂ S＂ B slag cement, three series of composite grinding aid （G, S, Z） were studied by blending different organic and inorganic monoeomponent grinding aid, and the composite grinding aid sample with perfect grinding and strength- ening effect was developed. The experiment showed that the three selected composite grinding aid from the three series had obvious grinding and strengthening effect for P S B slag cement,and the strength of cement increased, at the same time other physical perfor- mance index remained unchanged.
