采用三元流高效节能泵对余热发电站循环水泵的技改实践

摘要 相山水泥公司众城厂区4.5MW余热发电汽轮机组二台循环水泵的实际运行功率均是额定功率的91%左右,在合理的范围内,但还没有达到最佳效率。为此,该厂使用三元流高效节能泵对其进行了技改,介绍了该高效节能泵所涉及的关键结构及技术概念以及改造实施内容。经技改后,两台水泵年节约电量约32.5万kWh,平均节能效率在25%以上。 Real running power of the two circulating water pumps in the 4.5 MW waste heat power generation steam turbine in Xiang- shan Cement plant Zhongcheng Field was 91% of rated power, which was within reasonable range, but not the optimum efficiency,so the plant replaced the old pump with three-dimensional flow energy-efficient pump, and the key structure and technology idea of the new pump were introduced as well as the renovation content. By the renovation,the two pumps can save power at 325 000 kWh a year and the average energy-efficient rate is above 25%.
