城市防御视角下的明代山西地方城池营建探析

Research of construction of city wall in Shanxi in Ming Dynasty from the perspective of city defense

以史载明代山西的修城记录为基础,采用将历史信息数字化、图示化方法,通过多角度的数据分析尝试构建明代山西城池的修筑概况,探讨其信息背后的历史规律,并借此说明这一时期城市规划中防御理念是如何在大量地方城池中得以实现的.通过分析表明,战乱的发生和对安全的迫切需求,促进了地方城池的修筑.而在山西城池建设的过程中,承继、提高和完备分别是城池建设早中晚3个阶段的显著特征.因此,地方城市的修建在相对一致的防御指导思想下,由于城池历史承继、城市需求和工程能力的差异,呈现出多样统一的特色.

Based on the repair records of the city in Shanxi in Ming Dynasty,the historical information digitization and graphic method is used to analyze the construction of city wall in Shanxi,explore the history behind the rule of information,and illustrate how the defense concept was realized in a large number of local cities in that period.It is shown that the war occurrence and the urgent need for security were the promotions of construction of local city wall.In the process,inheritance,improvement and completeness were the striking features of three phases（early,mid and late） of the construction,respectively.Although the guidance of the city defense was the same,there were different characteristics of diversity and unity in the construction of city wall due to the difference of historical heritage,city needs and construction ability.
