摘要
电子式互感器采集单元用来对传感头输出信号进行调理、积分、采样输出等,其具体实现方式决定了互感器整体的精度、暂态响应及可靠性。笔者分别就模拟输出型、数字输出型采集单元如何克服温漂、电源监视、提高采样精度、实现传感头互换、双电源热备等关键技术点等进行阐述,并讨论了数字积分对谐波及暂态的影响。两年多的现场实践证明,这些措施使产品有效发挥了性能、成本上的优势。
Electronic transformer acquisition unit is used to adjust,integrate,and A/D-convert the signal from transformer sensing head. The detailed implementation means of the acquisition unit decide the precision, transient response and reliability of the transformer. In this paper, several key technologies are described, including analog-and digital-type sampling unit's power supply supervision, temperature drift mitigation, sampling accuracy improvement, interchangeability of transformer sensing head, and hot-standby redundancy of power supply. The influence of digital integration on harmonics and transient states is discussed. Practical applications verify the improvements in both performance and cost of the electronic transformers with these methods.
