摘要 GW4(A)-40.5DW型户外高压隔离开关在电网中应用广泛,而该型隔离开关导电带存在结构性缺陷,经常出现导电带过热问题。为保证电网安全,针对该型隔离开关导电带结构进行分析,设计出新型导电带并在现场成功实施更换改造。改造后的导电带端部设计为铝质结构并一次焊接成型,将导电带紧固部分设计为对穿螺丝的结构,将导电带软连接设计为铝质结构,解决原有结构性缺陷。 GW4 (A)-40.5DW outdoor high-vohage disconnectors are widely used in the power grid. There is a structural defect in the conductive strip of this kind of disconnectors, causing a heat eonduetion problem frequently. To ensure the power grid safety, the internal structure of this conductive strip structure is analyzed, and a new conductive strip is designed, implemented replacement and reform in the seene successfully. Using aluminum in the end of the conductive strip structure and welding it at a time; designing the structure of conductive strip tighten part into blot core structure; using aluminum in the soft conductive strip connection to address the existing struetural defeet.
