摘要 为在实际工程中实现海杂波抑制、发展新的OTHR海杂波抑制方法和提升短相干积累时间条件下OTHR舰船目标检测性能,建立了典型海杂波抑制方法统一模型及其与谱分析的关系,并对典型OTHR海杂波抑制方法进行了综合评估.主要从实现方式、输出信杂噪比(SCNR)、抑制与目标多普勒频率接近杂波能力、海杂波相关性要求、运算量与实现复杂度、应用限制等方面进行了比较与分析,为实际工程提供参考. To realize ocean clutter suppression in practice, design new methods and improve the per- formance of ship targets detection in OTHR with short coherent integration time, a unified model of clutter suppression and the relationship between clutter suppression methods and spectra analysis are built. Based on above results, several typical approaches are evaluated. The evaluation is done from the view of the way to realize, signal-to-clutter-plus-noise ratio, the ability to suppress clutter with Doppler close to target, the correlation of clutter in different ceils, complexity, and limits in applica- tion, which lays a foundation to the ocean clutter suppression practical realization.
