小鼠胃内消化对胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性影响的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨不同剂量胰蛋白酶抑制剂(trypsin inhibitor,TI)在高等动物胃内消化作用下,活性的保持程度和对消化系统中胰蛋白酶(trypsin,TP)活性及分泌的影响,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定十二指肠内容物及肠腺和胰腺中TP活性。结果显示,3个剂量TI均造成小鼠体重增长显著下降(P<0.05);十二指肠内容物及肠腺中TP活性随TI剂量增加而降低并呈正相关性,低剂量TI组为显著降低(P<0.05),中、高剂量TI组均为极显著降低(P<0.01);胰腺TP活性在不同剂量TI作用下发生变化但不呈正相关性,低剂量TI组极显著降低(P<0.01),中剂量TI组极显著升高(P<0.01)而高剂量TI组显著升高(P<0.05)。本试验所设置的3个剂量TI在高等动物胃内消化作用下,没有被完全分解,保持了一定的活性并对试验动物的消化能力产生了负面影响。 This paper explored the effects of mouse stomach digestion on different doses of trypsin inhibitor. The TP levels of duodenal contents and intestinal glands and pancreas were detected with ELISA. The results showed that for mice with different doses of TI, weights and TP levels of duodenal contents and intestinal glands decreased and made significant changes (P〈0.05). TP levels of pancreas made significant changes (P〈0.05), low dose TI made a very significant reduction (P〈0.01), middle dose TI made a very significant increase (P〈0.01) ,high dose made a significant increase (P〈0.05). It was concluded that mouse stomach digestion can not completely decompose TI activity, and the excess TI can change mouse digestion.
