Manufacture of Split Runners of Large Francis Turbine

大型混流式水轮机分瓣转轮制造技术在近几年取得了很大进步。特别是瀑布沟电站分瓣转轮在分瓣方式、焊接工艺及分瓣面坡口加工上都有所创新,本文对这些创新点分别进行了阐述。

Great Progresses hag been made recently in manufacturing technology of large Francis split runners. The split ways, welding process and groove preparation of split surface have made innovation especially for Pubugou Power Station. This paper separately introduces the main innovations.
