Workbench脚本在风电机组轮毂极限强度数据处理方面的应用

摘要 在风电机组轮毂极限强度的有限元分析中,需在ANSYS Workbench中导入大量的载荷数据,求解完成后,又需从Workbench中导出大量结果数据。此过程若是通过一个一个地输入或复制数据,则需2~3h。本文介绍如何通过Workbench脚本实现大量载荷数据从Excel到Workbench的自动导入,及大量结果数据从Workbench到Excel的自动导出,整个过程仅需几分钟。通过Workbench脚本语言进行二次开发可实现风电机组轮毂大量极限强度数据的自动处理,大大提高了工作效率,为短时间内实现轮毂的最优化设计奠定了基础。 During finite element analysis of the ultimate strength of a wind turbine hub, a huge number of load data need to be input into ANSYS Workbench. When the solution is done, a big number of result data need to be output from ANSYS" Workbench. The whole process, including load data input and result data output, takes approximately 2 or 3 hours if the data are input or copied one by one manually. This article describes how to import load data from Excel to Workbench and export result data from Workbench to Excel automatically by applying Workbench scripts, which accelerate finishing the whole process in several minutes. The second development through Workbench scripts automates the ultimate strength data processing for wind turbine hubs, greatly improves the work efficiency, and paves the path for achieving optimal design of hubs in short time.
