摘要
瓦斯放散初速度指标ΔP是突出煤层鉴定的4项基本指标之一,为规范ΔP的测定,国家安全生产监督管理总局发布了行业标准以确保测量结果准确可靠。针对原WFC-2型瓦斯放散初速度测定仪的不足及其与行业标准要求不符之处,设计采用数据采集卡,并结合数据库及图形化编程技术,对WFC-2型瓦斯放散初速度测定仪进行了重新设计,极大提高了仪器的自动化程度。实验表明,新型仪器操作简便,测量准确可靠,且符合行业标准。
The initial velocity index(ΔP) of gas diffusion is one of four basic indexes for the identification of outburst coal seams,for standardizing the measurement of ΔP,the State Administration of Work Safety promulgated the relevant industrial standard in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measuring results.To counter the deficiencies of the original WFC-2 initial velocity measuring instrument of gas diffusion and its discrepancies to the existing industrial standard,redesign of the original WFC-2 initial velocity measuring instrument of gas diffusion was carried out by using a data acquisition card,databases and graphical programming technique,which greatly improved the automation degree of the instrument.The experimental results showed that the redesigned instrument is easy to operate,accurate and reliable and conforms to the existing industry standard.
