Risk-taking investment originates and develops in the United states and it quickly spreads to most developed countries and regions.At present,risk-taking investment in our country is still in its beginning stages.Facing the challenge of knowledge economy,we should quicken our pace in its development,improve the operating mechanisms,and promote its rapid growth so as to speed up the development of high-tech industries.
