近年刑事错案频频发生,因此,国家机关对待错案采取的补救措施为社会广泛关注。从刑事错案的严重后果出发论述名誉权恢复的必要性,并通过对我国名誉权恢复制度现状分析,提出对名誉权恢复制度的几点建议。

In recent years criminal misjudged cases are frequent, the remedial measures taken by the government draws great attention from society. This article, starting with the wrong criminal cases of serious consequences and the discussion of the need for restoration of the right of reputation, and through the analysis of reputation recovery system in China, puts forward several suggestions of the right of reputation recovery system.
