摘要
为了探索钙镁元素缺乏对一年生何首乌生长发育的影响,采用砂培的方法,以何首乌扦插苗为材料,对其外观症状、叶绿素含量、地上与地下部分质量及其关系进行了研究。结果表明:缺钙、镁元素,一年生何首乌叶片颜色褪淡,叶绿素含量降低,植株地上部生长较小,根系增多,膨大的块根较少,须根系较多;正常、缺钙和缺镁3个处理间的根冠比差异较大,相互间达极显著水平,其中,缺钙处理的根冠比最大,但比重和折干率的差异不大。
The appearance symptom,chlorophyll content,weights of overground part and underground part,and their relationship of P.multiflorum cutting seedlings were studied by sand culture to explore the effects of calcium and magnesium deficiency on growth and development of annual P.multiflorum.The results showed that calcium and magnesium deficiency resulted in chlorophyll content decreasing,small overground part,root system increasing,less inflated root tuber and more fibrous root system.The differences of root-shoot ratio between each two of normal,calcium deficiency and magnesium deficiency treatments reached the very significant level.The root-shoot ratio of calcium deficiency treatment was the biggest,while the specific gravity and drying rate showed no significant difference.
